AGE POLICY:
Clients ages 13 through 17 must have parental consent in order to receive a service. Written permission will be conducted day of the appointment. Parent must stay in the building during service in the waiting area. Due to limited space, additional guests and pets are not allowed in the studio.
BOOKING:
All booking is done through my booking site. In order to book an appointment, a credit card is needed. You will not be charged upon booking. It is kept securely on file in the case of same day cancellations or no call no shows.
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you know you are going to be late, please reach out to me via text, call or email only. Please do not try to reach me through social media as messages can get lost easily. After 15 minutes the appointment will be canceled, and you may be subject to a fee of 50% of the total service amount. This policy can be reviewed on a case by case basis.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you know you are not going to be able to make it to your appointment, please contact me via text, call or email only. Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to give notice before the 24 hour cutoff, you may be subject to a fee of 50% of the total service. This policy can be reviewed on a case by case basis.
NO CALL NO SHOWS will be charged 75% of the total service amount. After 3 no show appointments, clients will be blocked from booking future services.
NEW FACIAL CLIENTS:
All new clients are required to fill out the health questionnaire form. I know that these forms can be a hassle, but it is important that I have a clear knowledge of your health history for not only my safety but for yours as well. Diet, medications, product choices, lifestyle etc, all play a role in what I can and can not use on your skin. If not filled out already, you will be required to do so upon arrival. This will cut into your service time, with no price adjustments.

Whether you are a new or returning client, you can book any facial you would like. The Express Facial will give you all the basics as an introductory treatment. Offering a deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions if needed, scalp and/or hand massage, custom mask and finishing products. The 1 hour Bespoke Facial will include everything the Express Facial offers plus a décolleté/facial massage and more time for relaxing. The Luxe Facial is for those seeking a total transformation. This facial focuses on using a variety of techniques and tools to sculpt, lift, tone, and clear the skin. Examples include, gua sha, cold globes, LED light therapy, high frequency, and more.

Wear whatever is comfortable! I recommend loose pants/shorts and an easily removable top. Spa wraps are provided, however if you would feel more comfortable continuing the service fully clothed that option is also available.

Fill out the new client (and returning client) heath history and consent forms
Do not use Retinol or any exfoliating products (Glycolic, Salicylic, Lactic acid, etc) for at least 24 hours prior to appointment
Avoid waxing, shaving, tweezing or dermaplaning for at least 24 hours prior to appointment

NEW CLIENTS: Be prepared for an additional 10 minutes for a consultation

Avoid going out to the beach or any outdoor activity for an extended period of time
Avoid heated spaces such as saunas, hot showers, or working out for 24 hours
Avoid Retinol or any exfoliating products (Glycolic, Salicylic, Lactic Acid, etc) for 2 days

We will go over this in depth in person during your consultation, however the general time is 4 to 8 weeks. It takes our skin approximately 4 weeks to regenerate new skin cells, and you’ll want to wait until new skin turnover to receive a facial. Additionally, skincare is known for the 80/20 rule. This means 100% of your results depends on 80% of what you do at home and 20% of what you do in the treatment room.
